    A: Yes, we design and produce custom positioning fixtures, molds and quick-change tooling according to your samples or drawings.
    Q4: What is the pressing force range?
    A: 0.5 – 200 Ton servo pressing force available, with high precision and real-time data monitoring.
    Q5: Can I adjust temperature, speed and pressure?
    A: All temperature, speed, pressure, stroke and holding time are fully adjustable via HMI touch screen.
    Q6: Does the machine support data recording?
    A: Yes, force-displacement curves and production data can be exported and connected with MES system.
    Q7: What info is needed for quotation?
    A: Workpiece drawings or samples, required force, stroke, temperature, cycle time and special requirements.
    Q8: Can you test my samples for free?
    A: Yes, free process test, test video and test report will be provided.
    Q9: What are your payment terms?
    A: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C acceptable for large orders.
    Q10: How long is the delivery time?
    A: Standard machine: 35–45 days. Non-standard automatic machine: 55–65 days.
    Q11: Do you have CE certificate?
    A: All export machines have CE certification and complete export documents.
    Q12: What is your warranty term?
    A: 12-month full machine warranty and lifetime free technical support.
    Q13: Do you provide overseas debugging?
    A: Free remote guidance always available. On-site service is available for large projects.
